Dragline teeth: ~1.85× life (Mosaic / Four Corners)
On Dragline #19, untreated bucket teeth rounded off at about 7 weeks and caused dig problems; treated teeth ran roughly 13 weeks — about 1.85× — and eliminated the unplanned downtime, letting the mine schedule changeouts instead of reacting to failures.
Chain-mill links: no wear at 140 days
In side-by-side field use, treated chain-mill links showed no measurable wear at 140 days while untreated links were visibly worn.
